I understand that monthly tuition for my child(children) will begin in September and end in May. Tuition is due on the first of every month. Statements will be sent directly to the e-mail address on file.
I understand the only way my tuition will change is to drop a class through the Parent Portal or fill out an add/drop form in the office.
I have received a policy, dance attire form, and calendar for this dance year.
Costumes will be ordered October 15th. I will be responsible for full payment of costumes for any classes dropped after this date.
I'm aware of the potential recital dates, with rehearsal starting on May 18th.
I am aware that if my bill goes unpaid more than two months without speaking with the office, my child will not be allowed to attend class.
I understand that negative attitudes, unruly behavior, gossiping and/or disrespecting other dancers and/or instructors, talking negatively about the studio, excessive tardiness and/or absences will be grounds for dismissal from all classes with no refund.
There is a 10% discount if the year is paid in full by September 30th.

I UNDERSTAND THAT MY CHILD IS REGISTERED THROUGH MAY. MY CHILD IS COMMITTED TO THIS ACTIVITY AND WILL NOT COMMIT TO ANOTHER ACTIVITY LATER IN THE YEAR THAT HEAVILY CONFLICTS WITH THIS SCHEDULE.
