Impact Dance Center is not liable for any injuries at Impact Dance Center. In the case your dancer does get injured, it is the parents responsibility to pay for all medical bills and will not hold Impact Dance Center liable for any medical bills or injures that occurred at Impact Dance Center. I agree to not sue the studio, its owners, or teachers for any accidental injures. Medical Authorization: I give Impact Dance Center and Staff the permission to seek emergency medical care if needed. Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that dance is physical and carries inherent risks like sprains, falls, strains, etc. I acknowledge my dancer has no health issues that will put them at a greater risk of injures or sickness. Media Consent: I allow Impact Dance Center photo and video use of my dancer for studio promotions and on social media platforms.
