I understand that dance classes may include without limitation a variety of activities. I further understand that all of the activities of a dance/tumbling class involve some degree of strain or bodily injury. The Twirl Club of Summerville LLC, is not responsible for personal property. I agree to be responsible for reading studio correspondence through the email provided, posted in the studio lobby, and will respect deadlines. I also agree to notify the Studio Owner and Staff if my child has any medical conditions and/or injuries before participation in any activities. I hereby acknowledge that I have read the statements above and agree to participate accordingly. I understand all Studio Policies; I understand my billing obligations and late payments are subject to late fees; I understand the risks related to dance; I understand the recital fees; I give media use rights permission; I understand the attendance policy.

I understand that tuition is due on the 1st of each month and late after the 5th. All Tuition payments will be processed automatically after the initial payment of tuition and start-up fees. If an account is not able to be processed due to insufficient funds or the card is declined, there will be a $25 insufficient funds credit card fee applied to the account. A $25 late fee will automatically be added to every late payment. Furthermore, a $25 late fee will be added every 5 days until the account balance is paid in full.

If payment isn't received before the next month, student will not be eligible to return to class until account has been paid up to date.

To maintain a conducive learning environment for every student, I understand that observation of classes is not permitted. Allowing spectators during instruction time disrupts concentration and performance of the students, hindering their progress during the class. In addition to that, ensuring the safety and privacy of our dancers is our priority. Allowing external individuals, including parents, to observe classes during instruction poses potential safety risks and can compromise the privacy and comfort of our students and staff.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in The Twirl Club of Summerville classes, camps, and programs, the undersigned acknowledges and agrees that there are always risks involved in participation in recreational activities. I knowingly and freely assume such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from negligence, and assume all full responsibility for my or my child's participation. I declare the participant is physically able to participate in the activity, camp, and/or class. I authorize The Twirl Club of Summerville, to obtain emergency medical treatment for the participant (if the parent is not available). I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release and hold harmless The Twirl Club of Summerville, their instructors, choreographers, and all associated workers, concerning any and all injury, disability, death, or loss of damage to person or property, whether arising from negligence of the releases or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I further grant The Twirl Club of Summerville the unencumbered right to make promotional use of any pictures and/or videos taken of the participant while enrolled at the studio, this includes the use of pictures and videos on the studio Facebook, Instagram, and any other social media pages.
