TND parent accounts must be created by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old and authorized to register the student(s) listed on the account.

Students who miss a regularly-scheduled class may schedule a make-up lesson in another age and level-appropriate class, space permitting. Make-up classes must be scheduled through the TND office or via email before attending and must be completed within four weeks of the original absence. After four weeks, the make-up lesson is forfeited.

Make-up lessons are not provided for scheduled breaks, holidays, or studio closures listed on the TND calendar. Make-up lessons are not guaranteed and have no cash or tuition value. No tuition credits or refunds are given for student absences.

As the parent/guardian, you understand the risks involved in attending classes during a pandemic or any similar health/environmental emergency such as COVID-19. If it's mandated for our community to shelter-in-place, then classes will continue virtually. There will be no refunds, credits or pro-rating of tuition if this occurs. Tuition will continue to be assessed and instruction will continue online for all students. Once it's safe to resume in-person classes, we will resume in-studio instruction. In addition, tuition will not be refunded, credited or pro-rated for class cancellations, emergency closures, or the like. In these cases, students are welcome to make-up their class in another appropriate class.

I acknowledge that I have read and understand Tumble 'N Dance (TND) policies and agree to abide by them. I understand that TND is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings at the studio, performance venues, competitions, or other TND activities.

I understand that participation in dance, gymnastics, tumbling, rehearsals, performances, competitions, camps, and other physical activities involves inherent risks, including the possibility of injury. I voluntarily assume these risks on behalf of my child and give permission for my child to participate in TND classes, programs, performances, and events.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Tumble 'N Dance, its owners, employees, instructors, and representatives from claims or liability arising from the ordinary risks associated with my child's participation in TND activities, except where prohibited by law.
In the event of an emergency, I authorize TND staff to obtain appropriate medical assistance for my child if I cannot be reached. I understand that I am responsible for any resulting medical expenses.

By signing off on this waiver and release, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to this Participation Waiver & Release and am authorized to provide this consent for the participating student.

Tumble 'N Dance (TND) respects the privacy of our students and families. Information provided during registration—including parent/guardian contact information, student information, emergency contacts, and account/payment information—is collected and used only as necessary to manage enrollment, classes, payments, studio communications, performances, and other TND programs.
*TND does not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared with trusted service providers, such as our studio management and payment processing providers, only as necessary to provide TND services.
*TND takes reasonable measures to protect personal information. Parents/guardians may contact TND to request updates or corrections to their family's information.
By completing registration, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to Tumble 'N Dance's Privacy Policy and consent to TND collecting and using my family's information as described above.
