Khaos Dance Studio was founded with the goal of providing exceptional dance training in a positive, professional, and supportive environment for dancers of all ages and experience levels.
Our Recreational Program focuses on building confidence, creativity, technique, discipline, and a lifelong love of dance while creating an encouraging atmosphere where every dancer can grow.
By enrolling at Khaos Dance Studio, each Student and Parent/Guardian acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to comply with all policies and expectations outlined in this Handbook and Agreement.
SECTION 1 — ENROLLMENT & COMMITMENT
Enrollment at Khaos Dance Studio is a commitment for the duration of the selected dance season or session.
Students are expected to attend classes regularly and participate to the best of their ability.
Families understand that consistent attendance allows dancers to develop proper technique and confidence while helping classes progress successfully.
Students enrolled in recital classes are expected to participate in the annual recital unless otherwise approved by Studio Management.
SECTION 2 — ATTENDANCE & PUNCTUALITY
Regular attendance is essential for every dancer’s progress.
Parents should notify the Studio in advance whenever a dancer will be absent.
Students should arrive on time, dressed appropriately, and ready to participate at the scheduled class time.
Excessive absences or tardiness may impact choreography placement, recital participation, or overall
progress.
The Studio reserves the right to determine whether a student is adequately prepared to perform in the
annual recital.
SECTION 3 — TUITION & FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month.
A grace period extends through the 5th of each month.
Any account with an outstanding balance beginning on the 6th will automatically incur a $30 late fee.
Families are responsible for maintaining a current account balance throughout enrollment.
Additional fees may include, but are not limited to:
• Registration Fees
• Costume Fees

SECTION 4 — RECITAL PARTICIPATION
The annual recital is an exciting opportunity for dancers to showcase the skills they have developed throughout the season.
Students enrolled in recital classes are expected to participate unless prior arrangements have been approved by Studio Management.
Costume measurements, recital rehearsals, dress rehearsals, and performance dates will be communicated throughout the season.
Costume fees and recital fees become non-refundable after ordering deadlines.
