I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, hereby grant Stratford Dance Co. permission to photograph, film, or otherwise record my child during classes, rehearsals, performances, camps, and studio events.
I understand and agree that this content may be used for the following purposes:

Stratford Dance Co.'s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and similar platforms)
The SDC website (stratforddanceco.com)
Promotional and marketing materials, both digital and print
Studio newsletters and communications

I understand that once content is published publicly, it may remain accessible indefinitely. This release is granted without compensation.

Refund Policy
All fees paid to Stratford Dance Co. are non-refundable. In special circumstances, credits toward future classes may be approved at the sole discretion of the Studio Director.

Social Media Courtesy Policy
Out of respect for all families in our community, parents and guardians agree not to post photos or videos on social media that include children other than their own without the express consent of that child's parent or guardian.

Liability Release
The undersigned, on behalf of all registered participants, hereby releases, discharges, and acquits Stratford Dance Co., its director, employees, volunteers, and independent contractors from any and all claims for damages or injury of any kind arising from or related to participation in SDC programs. This includes, but is not limited to, the possible contraction of COVID-19 or any other illness during participation in private lessons, group classes, or studio events.

Code of Conduct
Stratford Dance Co. reserves the right to refuse admittance to, or remove, any individual who is disruptive, unruly, or displaying behaviour deemed unacceptable, at the sole discretion of the Studio Director.

Force Majeure
The performance of this Agreement by either party is subject to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, government authority, disaster, civil disorder, or labour disputes. In such cases, this Agreement may be terminated by written notice from either party without liability.
