AYBT is free to use my (my child's, if a minor) image in social media posts, print, etc to further the reach of the organization. There will
be no compensation for this use. Permission may be rescinded at any time in writing.

In a non-life threatening medical situation, Alabama Youth Ballet Theatre will make every effort to reach the emergency contact listed
during registration. If no one is listed, appropriate medical personnel will be contacted.

Any credit card saved to your account will be auto drafted on the 10th of the month if your account reflects a balance due. (Revised
