Dress codes are strictly enforced. Class days, times and teachers are subject to change without notice. Class selections are subject to approval by the teacher. Students are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, safe, and positive manner at all times; disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from class or the school at the Directors’ discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service, or ask any student to leave the class/school, at the Directors’ discretion, with or without cause.
I/We understand that Sun Peaks Academy of Dance does not give credit and/or refunds for class(es) missed due to holiday, vacation, illness, weather. Payment is due on the 1st day of each Month. Drop in classes/sessions-payments are due before each class. Payment can be received online via the studio pro portal, e-transfer to: sunpeaksacademyofdance@gmail.com or cash, in person. Enrolment will be suspended or cancelled if accounts are not up-to-date. Late fees and NSF charges apply. No refund for multiple week programs, certain exceptions apply, moving out of area, serious illness, or at Directors’ discretion.
I/We further understand that there are specific risks of physical or property damages, losses, or injury that may result from my or my child's participation with Sun Peaks Academy of Dance and I/We voluntarily assume the risks associated with such participation. I/We hereby waive all claims for injury or loss to person or property during participation in classes, rehearsals, concerts or other Sun Peaks Academy of Dance activities (either at the studio premises or during off-premise activities) and release & discharge promoters, directors, principals, employees, instructors and independent contractors from any liability for injury, damage or loss to property or person whatsoever, which may be cause by any act or omission of these.
