By creating an account with Aurajin School of Performing Arts, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies and terms:
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month and is considered late after the 5th of the month.
A $35 late fee will be applied to accounts with tuition received after the 5th.
If tuition is not received by the 15th of the month, your dancer may be subject to removal from classes and/or the program.
Accounts with late tuition for two consecutive months may also be subject to removal from the program.
All tuition payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Tuition payments may be made via Discover, Visa, Mastercard, Zelle, and Venmo.
Families who enroll in Auto-Pay authorize Aurajin School of Performing Arts to securely process recurring monthly tuition payments using the payment method provided during registration.
Credit card information is securely encrypted and stored through our studio management software for the protection and privacy of your information.
To withdraw from a class or make any class schedule changes, a 30-day written notice is required. Without written notice, tuition charges will continue as the dancer’s spot in class will remain reserved and active.
Any outstanding balances remain the responsibility of the account holder and may be subject to additional fees if unpaid.
Aurajin School of Performing Arts reserves the right to update schedules, tuition rates, instructors, policies, and programming as needed throughout the season.
By participating in classes, rehearsals, performances, and studio activities, families acknowledge the physical nature of dance and assume any associated risks.
