All students must show respect for their teachers and peers at all times. All students must actively participate in activities and tasks set by teachers to the best of their ability. Negative or unsupportive language or behaviour will not be tolerated. Any abusive or threatening language or behaviour will result in immediate expulsion. No refunds will be given in the case that a student is removed from any class due to disruptive behaviour.
Whilst all reasonable care and diligence is taken to ensure the safety and wellbeing of every student, Perth Academy of Performing Arts and subcontractors do not accept responsibility for any incident, injury or loss occurring during any class, rehearsal or performance and will not be liable for any costs incurred. In case of illness or injury where parents are not contactable, we will seek medical advice and act accordingly where treatment is deemed necessary. Any costs will be incurred by the parent/guardian. Perth Academy of Performing Arts takes no responsibility for students outside of their individual class times.
In submitting this form you acknowledge and consent to allow Perth Academy of Performing Arts and it's representatives to record photos and/or videos of the student/s named on this form for use in promotional materials including printed publications (such as flyers/brochures, newspaper ads) and online including on the Perth Academy of Performing Arts website and social media accounts. You further understand that no financial compensation will be made for use of these photos/videos. If you do not agree to have photos/videos taken of the student please contact us by email before registering for classes.
