Acknowledgement Statement

By submitting this registration form, I understand and acknowledge that I am entering into an agreement to pay for instruction and that all associated registration and tuition fees will be paid by me in compliance with the payment terms set forth by Saint John’s School of the Arts (hereafter “School”). I understand and acknowledge that I have the right to obtain legal counsel prior to the execution of this agreement. I understand, acknowledge, and agree that failure to maintain the tuition and fees account according to the stated payment arrangement will be cause for suspension and/or termination of instruction at the School, and further acknowledge the right of the School to collect any and all remaining unpaid balances due plus reasonable interest cost and attorney fees. I understand and acknowledge that unpaid accounts may be turned over to the Legal Counsel for Saint John’s School of the Arts for possible legal action.

If, after this registration form is submitted, the teacher contacts you and there is no space available in their schedule, this agreement will be null and void and any and all money paid to the School for the unavailable class or lesson will be refunded.
