I agree to TCDA's terms and conditions of enrolment listed below and to abide by all other TCDA policies and procedures to ensure a safe, happy and respectful space for staff, students and their families. TCDA's policies and procedures can be found on site and at tcda.com.au/our-policies.

Fees and Payment
Fees, payment terms, enrolment obligations and withdrawal conditions are governed by TCDA's Fees and Payment Policy, which forms part of these terms and conditions. The Fees and Payment Policy is available in your Parent Portal and at tcda.com.au/our-policies. By agreeing to these terms you confirm that you have read and understood the Fees and Payment Policy in full.

Photography and Marketing
Photographs taken by TCDA or upon our request in class or during performances throughout the year may be reproduced by TCDA in print or online for the purpose of promotion of the studio. You may receive occasional information and marketing material from TCDA via text message or email at the contacts provided, from which you can opt out at any time. TCDA does not sell or make this information available to third parties in line with our Privacy Policy.

Supervision and Personal Belongings
TCDA only accepts responsibility for students within class times. We do not provide supervision for persons on the premises outside of classes. Students must monitor the safekeeping of all personal belongings. TCDA is not responsible for the theft or loss of personal items.

Teaching and Uniform
TCDA provides pathways for dancers to become dance teachers. As part of their training, teachers may teach different classes to increase their experience and meet training benchmarks. Students must be properly dressed and groomed for safe dance. Uniform guidelines are published on our website.

Health and Safety
Students and their parents must ensure that participants are physically and medically fit for dance and advise TCDA of any existing injury or medical condition. TCDA takes all reasonable care in the conduct of its classes. By entering our studio you agree that TCDA is in no way responsible for injury or loss during classes or whilst participants are at or near the studio. Some TCDA disciplines including acrobatics and aerial arts involve an elevated risk of injury compared to standard dance classes. TCDA will notify parents of students enrolled in these disciplines of the specific risks involved and the precautions taken to manage them.

Behaviour and Conduct
Students and parents must show proper respect for the facilities, other students, other parents, and our staff and faculty. Conflicts may be resolved by contacting the Studio Manager or the Principal who will act in accordance with our policies and procedures. TCDA does not condone bullying, harassment or racism and such conduct may result in expulsion.

Studio Access
Our studio has been designed as a safe space for children as well as for children to develop resilience. Adults are asked to remain in the waiting room at the front of the studio and not to use the student areas beyond the reception desk. Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere on our site.
