1. Assumption of Risk
Participation in cheerleading involves risks including injury, paralysis, or death. Participant voluntarily
assumes all risks.
2. Release of Liability (Texas Law)
In accordance with Texas law, I release Dream Team Elite Cheer Company LLC from any liability
arising from participation, including negligence, to the fullest extent permitted under Texas law.
