Payment & Policy – Knockout Cheer Elite

• Late payments may result in a $25 late fee if tuition is not received by your due date.

After 15 minutes, session is cancelled and cannot be made up.

• Late cancellations (after 1:30pm day off)/no shows without courtesy WILL BE BILLED $15 per missed class. Please be considerate of our coaches time.

Service Dog Policy
Knockout Cheer Elite is committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all athletes and families. Please be aware that a trained service dog may be present on the premises as part of our daily operations. The service dog will remain in the owner’s office or in gym and will not interact with children during classes. If your child has any allergies, health concerns, or discomfort related to dogs, please inform us at registration so that proper accommodations can be made.

1. Terms & Conditions

By enrolling your child in Knockout Cheer Elite (“the Gym”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Enrollment & Tuition
• Tuition is billed monthly and due on the 1ST MONDAY of the monthly session.
Will charge prorated amount if athlete started in the middle or end of the month.
• Late payments may result in a late fee of [$25] and/or suspension of classes until payment is received.
• Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Attendance & Make-Ups
• Consistent attendance is important for skill progression.
3. Class Placement (FUTURE)
• Athletes are placed in classes by skill level, age, and coach recommendation.
• Knockout Cheer Elite reserves the right to move an athlete to a different class if needed for safety and development.
4. Behavior Expectations
• Athletes and parents must show respect to staff, all athletes, and other families.
• Knockout Cheer Elite reserves the right to dismiss any athlete or family for disruptive or unsafe behavior.

Please understand that coaches rotate upon availability, coach requests are not available.


5. Photo/Video Release
• By enrolling, you grant permission for Knockout Cheer Elite to use photos or videos of your athlete for promotional purposes (social media, website, marketing).
If you DO NOT agree, you must notify us in writing.

2. Privacy Policy

Knockout Cheer Elite respects your privacy.
1. Information We Collect
• Parent/guardian names, contact information, emergency contacts.
• Athlete’s name, age, date of birth, medical info (allergies, relevant health concerns).
• Payment details for tuition processing.
2. How We Use Your Information
• To process registration, payments, and attendance.
• To communicate class updates, closures, and events.
• To ensure athlete safety and emergency response.
3. Sharing of Information
• We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
• Information may be shared only with staff and authorized medical personnel in case of emergency.
4. Data Security
• All payment data is securely processed through the payment methods stated – CREDIT/DEBIT or CASH.
• We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee complete security.

NO MAKEUPS OR RESCHEDULES ALLOWED.

Waiver & Liability Release

I, the undersigned parent/guardian of the athlete, acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk
• I understand that cheerleading, tumbling, and related athletic activities involve inherent risks including but not limited to falls, collisions, sprains, broken bones, concussions, and other injuries.
• I voluntarily assume all risks related to participation in all Knockout Cheer Elite activities.
2. Medical Authorization
• I authorize Knockout Cheer Elite staff to administer first aid and, if necessary, secure emergency medical treatment for my child.
• I understand that I am financially responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
3. Waiver of Liability
• I release, discharge, and hold harmless Knockout Cheer Elite, its owners, staff, coaches, and affiliates from all liability, claims, or causes of action arising from my child’s participation in classes, practices, or events.
• This includes claims for negligence, injury, illness, or property loss, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
4. Acknowledgment
• I have read and fully understand this waiver.
• I knowingly and voluntarily sign, acknowledging that I am giving up legal rights on behalf of myself and my child.
