Thank you for joining us for a trial class or drop‑in visit!
To keep our community safe and to ensure a positive experience, we ask all participants (or their parent/guardian) to review and accept the following terms before entering the studio or participating in any class.

1. Acknowledgement of Studio Policies
I understand that while participating as a trial or drop‑in student, I am expected to follow Encore Studios’ guidelines regarding:
- Respectful conduct
- Appropriate attire and footwear
- Safe participation
- Use of studio space
- Drop‑off/pick‑up expectations for minors

I acknowledge that full studio policies are available on the Encore Studios website and that I may request clarification at any time.

2. Health & Safety
I confirm that:
- I (or my child) am in good physical health and able to safely participate in dance activities.
- I will notify Encore Studios of any relevant medical concerns prior to participation.
- I understand that dance involves physical activity and that instructors may offer verbal or physical corrections to support safe technique.

3. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in dance classes carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Slips, trips, or falls
- Muscle strain or injury
- Accidental contact with other participants or equipment

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in a trial class or drop‑in session at Encore Studios.

4. Release of Liability
I hereby release Encore Studios, its Director, instructors, employees, and volunteers from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from:
- Injury
- Loss or damage to personal property
- Accidents occurring before, during, or after participation

This release applies to myself and/or my child and is binding upon our heirs, executors, and assigns.

5. Photo/Video Permission (Optional)
I understand that while participating as a trial or drop‑in student, photos/videos of me / my dancer may be used for Encore Studios promotional purposes.

Students will only be identified by first name.

6. Consent & Signature
I confirm that:
- I have read and understood this waiver
- I am the participant or the legal parent/guardian of the participant
- I agree to the terms outlined above
