We appreciate your enrollment at Mission Dance Project and want to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all students. Please review our payment policy below.

Tuition & Fees
- Tuition is due on the 1st of each month for the upcoming month’s classes (September through June).
- A $45 late fee will be applied to any payments received after the 10th of the month.
- Accounts with a past-due balance after the 15th of the month will be suspended from class participation until the balance is paid in full.
- Additional fees may apply for costumes, recital participation, workshops, competitions, and private lessons.

Payment Methods
- We accept check, Zelle, ACH, and credit/debit card payments.
- ACH payments are subject to a 1.5% processing surcharge.
- Debit card payments are free and do not incur a processing surcharge.
- Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing surcharge to offset processing fees.
- All ACH, debit card, and credit card payments are processed securely through Stripe via StudioPro.
- Online payments can be made through our secure student portal.

Refunds & Cancellations
- Tuition is non-refundable.
- A 30-day written notice is required to cancel enrollment. Notice must be sent via email to
maggie@missiondanceproject.com and heidi@missiondanceproject.com.
- Tuition and class enrollment will end after the 30-day notice period.
- Tuition is divided into 10 equal monthly payments (September–June), regardless of holidays, inclement weather, absences, or studio closures.

Additional Policies
- Returned or failed payments will incur a $50 fee.
- Mission Dance Project reserves the right to adjust tuition and fees with reasonable notice.

Company Drop Fee Policies
- A $500 fee will be charged to company members who withdraw from the company after September 1st.
- A $350 fee per group dance will be charged to company members who withdraw from any group dance after October 1st.

By enrolling and agreeing to this policy, you authorize Mission Dance Project to charge the credit card or bank account on file, including ACH auto-pay, for tuition and applicable fees.

I grant Mission Dance Project permission to photograph and record my child (or myself) during classes, rehearsals, performances, events, and activities.

I understand that these photos and videos may be used for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, advertising, and printed materials. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product and acknowledge that no compensation will be provided.

This release remains in effect unless written notice is provided to revoke consent.

Mission Dance Project respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide when registering your child.

When you enroll, we may collect personal information such as parent/guardian names, contact information, student details, medical notes, and payment information. This information is used solely for purposes related to class enrollment, billing, communication, scheduling, safety, and studio operations.

Payment information is processed securely through third-party payment providers and is not stored directly by Mission Dance Project.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with outside parties, except as required to operate our services or comply with legal obligations.

By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in this policy.

I acknowledge that participation in dance classes, rehearsals, performances, and related activities with Mission Dance Project involves inherent risks of physical injury.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to release and hold harmless Mission Dance Project, its owners, instructors, staff, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence.

I affirm that the participant is physically able to take part in dance activities and that I have disclosed any relevant medical conditions.

In the event of an emergency, I authorize Mission Dance Project staff to obtain emergency medical treatment for the participant if I cannot be reached. I understand that I am financially responsible for any medical care provided.

This release and consent remain in effect for the duration of enrollment unless revoked in writing.
