I have received or will obtain a copy of The Dance Company policies and will take the responsibility to carefully read and follow the rules and policies therein.

Tuition is auto-drafted from the card on file on the first of the month. Cash is ONLY excepted if tuition is paid in full. A 15% discount is given to tuition paid in full. Tuition is non-refundable. If a card is declined, cash must be brought to the front office before the dancer's next class. There is a $30.00 fee for declined cards

I further understand that there are specific risks of physical or property damages, losses, or injury that may result from my or my child’s participation with The Dance Company, and I voluntarily assume the risks associated with such participation. In consideration of The Dance Company providing the opportunity for and permitting me or my child to participate and take part in all Dance Company related activities (including but not limited to instruction, training, workshops, competitions, and aerobic exercises), I do hereby release, remise and forever discharge, indemnify and agree to HOLD HARMLESS, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, and COVENANT NOT TO SUE THE DANCE COMPANY or other organizations or studios hosting The Dance Company activities, their officers, employees, faculty, instructors, servants, agents and assigns, hereinafter referred to as RELEASEES, from any claim, demand or cause of action whether now in existence, or hereafter arising from any loss of personal property, injury to or death of myself or my child, arising out of or resulting from, caused by or contributed to in whole or in any part by any action or failure to act, negligence, breach of contract, or other misconduct on the part of The Dance Company, its officers, faculty, agents, servants, employees and other RELEASEES, as well as any other participant or parent in any Dance Company related activities.
