Studio 32 Dance Complex Studio and Tuition Policies

Please read the following policies carefully before registering. By signing this waiver, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions set forth in the studio and tuition policies for both the Fall and Summer sessions. You understand that these policies are legally binding and applicable to the entirety of your enrollment, regardless of whether you are registering for Summer 2026 or Fall 2026-2027 classes.

By signing this waiver, you waive and release Studio 32 Dance Complex, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability, and agree to hold them harmless from any claims related to injury or loss during your or your child’s participation in any activities or events at the studio, including but not limited to tuition payments, class attendance, recital participation, and any other activities associated with the studio.

This agreement is enforceable under the laws of the state in which Studio 32 Dance Complex operates, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the appropriate courts in that state.

Payment and Enrollment Policy:

Students must be enrolled in AutoPay, with the card on file automatically charged for any outstanding balances on the 1st of each month.
For payments made by cash or check, all balances must be paid in full before the 1st of the month.
AutoPay Processing Fees:

Card payments will incur a 2.25% processing fee.
ACH payments will incur a 1.25% processing fee.

Late Payment Policy:
A $25 late charge will be applied for any payments made after the 10th of the month. If balances remain unpaid, students may be temporarily removed from classes until their accounts are brought current.

Studio 32 Dance Studio Waiver and Release of Liability

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participation in dance classes and related activities involves physical activity and carries inherent risks of injury. I understand that my participation is voluntary and I accept all risks associated with dance activities.

I agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Studio 32 Dance Complex, its owners, instructors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or injuries that may arise from my participation, including but not limited to injuries caused by accidents, falls, or equipment.

I confirm that I am in good health and do not have any medical conditions that would prevent safe participation in dance activities. I agree to inform the studio of any medical conditions or injuries that may affect my participation.

**Photographic Release:**

I grant permission for photographs or videos taken during classes or events to be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to website, social media, and marketing materials.

**Medical Treatment:**

In the event of an emergency, I authorize the studio staff to seek medical treatment for myself/my child and agree to be responsible for any costs incurred.

**Acknowledgment:**

I have read this waiver and release carefully and understand its terms. I agree to abide by all studio policies and procedures.
