All tuition and fees paid to Open Arms Dance Academy are non-refundable and non-transferable. Tuition is due at registration or on the 10th of each month, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon. Payments made after the 10th without prior approval will incur a $10 late fee. I acknowledge that due dates and late fees may be negotiated; however, I understand that transparency and communication are necessary for negotiation to occur. I have read and agree to the tuition policies.

I acknowledge that dance, like all physical activity, carries inherent risks. I release Open Arms Dance Academy, its staff, and affiliates from liability for any injury sustained while participating in classes, rehearsals, or performances.
