By enrolling, you understand and agree to the following:

All fees and charges are non-refundable, except in emergency circumstances with appropriate documentation. “Fees and charges” include but are not limited to: term fees, registration fees, costume payments, exam fees, performance entry fees, workshops, additional lesson costs and deposits.

The annual Registration Fee is payable in Term 1 and is non-refundable.

Term Fee invoices are emailed in Week 1 of each term or upon submission of your online enrolment. Students with outstanding invoices may not participate in the Annual Concert, Mid-Year Showcase, exams or competitions.

Payment Terms:
All invoices must be paid in full by the due date stated on the invoice. Late payments incur a 10% late fee, plus an additional 5% per week for each week the account remains unpaid. Enrolment may be cancelled if fees are not settled and no alternative arrangement is made with the Director.

No discounts or refunds are given for missed classes. Makeup classes are available.

By submitting your enrolment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this 2026 Fees Policy.

By submitting this enrolment, I give permission for Jayz Dance Company to photograph or film my child/myself during classes, rehearsals, performances, and studio events. I understand that these images or videos may be used on Jayz Dance Company’s social media pages, website, promotional material, and in media publications.

I understand that:
* No names will be used without additional consent.
* I may withdraw consent in writing at any time (previously published content cannot be removed). Email admin@jayzdance.com.au
* I will not receive compensation for the use of any media.

By enrolling into Jayz Dance Company's classes you are acknowledging and agreeing that:

1) Classes are well supervised and my child participates at their own risk, therefore no responsibility will be placed upon the teacher or studio.

2) I understand that I am responsible for fees which are paid as per fee policy. Refer to fee policy for further information.
