TUITION FEES AND PAYMENTS

Tuition fees and payments cover the student's spot in class and not the student's actual attendance in class. Tuition is not prorated or refunded if the student misses a class. Tuition is due at the beginning of the month/session (depending on whether your class is monthly or per session). $25 fee will be assessed after the 5th day of the first class day.

Credit cards must be kept on file for all families. You give Jenna Hide Dance Project permission to charge your credit card or bank account. In the event of declined payments, you will be notified immediately and should provide an updated form of payment with 48 hours. Continued non-payment may result in suspension from class until the account is current.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

A 3% surcharge will be applied to all credit card payments to help cover processing fees.

CLASS CACELLATIONS OR MISSED CLASSES AND ABSENCES

No refunds or credits will be given for missed classes due to illness, holidays or closings due to weather or government advisory. We may be closed for inclement weather. A message will be emailed and posted on our social media.

Jenna Hide Dance Project reserves the right to cancel any class not meeting minimum enrollment requirements.

Please report absences within the Parent Portal. This can be done in advance, as well as the day of absence.

RECITALS

Jenna Hide Dance Project will present our students in an annual recital. We believe a recital is an important part of the student's education. The recital allows students to show what they have learned during the year. Students participating in the recital are expected to attend the dress rehearsal for it.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY/ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I voluntarily acknowledge the inherent foreseeable and unforeseeable risks of dancing and dance instruction, which can include minor and serious injuries. I agree to waive my right to sue or assert liability claims against Jenna Hide and Jenna Hide Dance Project for any injuries or damages that occur during such activities, including those caused by their ordinary negligence. I understand and accept full responsibility for any resulting injury illness property damage, and harm that may arise from my participation in such activities.
