You agree to your child participating in Hallelujah Dance Schools classes! There is a risk of injury when dancing, and you agree to allow your child to dance with us at that risk. If your child has any previous injuries or illnesses, please be sure to consult with a doctor beforehand for a release of your child to participate in dance. It is required that you bring a doctor's note before we can approve your dancer's participation.
