Understanding the Activity I understand that dance and physical training involve exercise and movement. I acknowledge that these activities come with the normal risks associated with physical activity, and I confirm that I am in good health and able to participate safely in classes at Raices de Arte Espanol Studio. Liability Agreement I understand that by participating in classes at Raices de Arte Espanol, I am choosing to do so at my own risk. I agree that I will not hold the studio, its instructors, or its staff responsible for any accidental injuries or personal property loss that may occur while I am on the premises or participating in activities.
FEES: Registration fees are due prior to first class participation. Tuition is charged on a monthly basis not per class. Monthly tuition is due on the 1st day of each month, and payments are considered late after the 10th of the month; a $15.00 late fee is automatically added to accounts paid after the 10th. Payments will be made through the online portal or by cash or check. Recital & costumes fees are separate and will be addressed during the year.
