Code of Conduct
    •    Students are expected to be respectful, kind, and safe toward others.
    •    Proper attire: fitted athletic wear, no jewelry, hair pulled back.
    •    No roughhousing, unsafe behavior, or misuse of equipment.
    •    Parents and spectators are welcome but must remain in designated viewing areas.

  •    Students may arrive no more than 10 minutes before class.
    •    Please pick up your child promptly after class ends.
    •    Instructors are not responsible for students before or after scheduled class times.
    •    Late pick-up fees may apply.

Illness Policy
    •    Please keep your child home if they are sick, showing symptoms of illness, or have had a fever within the last 24 hours.
    •    If a child becomes ill during class, a parent/guardian will be called for immediate pick-up.
    •    Missed classes due to illness may be eligible for make-up sessions when available.

Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in tumbling activities involves an inherent risk of injury, including but not limited to sprains, strains, and falls. By enrolling my child, I acknowledge these risks and agree to assume full responsibility for any injury or accident that may occur during class or while on the premises.

I hereby release and hold harmless Mountain Day Ranch EQT (Natalie's Tumbling Studio), its owners, instructors, staff, and property owners from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, except in cases of gross negligence.

Medical Release

In the event of illness or injury, I authorize Natalie's Tumbling Studio staff to administer basic first aid and/or seek emergency medical care for my child as deemed necessary. I understand that I am responsible for all medical expenses incurred.

Payment & Refund Policy
    •    Tuition is due by the 1st of the month and will be considered late if received after the 5th of the month.
    •    A late fee of $7 will be charged after the 5th of the month.
    •    Registration and apparel fees are non-refundable.
    •    Missed classes are non-refundable.
    

  

Photo/Video Release

I give permission for Mountain Day Ranch EQT (Natalie's Tumbling Studio)to take and use photos or videos of my child for social media, marketing, and promotional purposes.
