By creating an account, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the student(s) you are registering and that you are at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You also agree to our studio's Policies, Liability Waiver and Privacy Policy, and understand that all communications regarding classes, schedules, and payments will be sent through the contact details you provide.
You consent to your child’s participation in dance classes and related studio activities, and acknowledge that participation involves physical activity that carries some risk. You also agree to receive studio updates and communications via email or SMS through the information provided to us from your portal.

Any student participating in an Inspire Dance Company Miami class and/or event takes certain incumbent risks. These include but are not limited to sprains, pulled muscles, broken bones, Covid-19 or any other injuries/sickness that are typical or atypical of dancing. Participation in class and/or events indicate the acceptance of these risks by attendees and their parents and/or guardians. The Inspire Dance Company Miami assumes no responsibility for personal injury or property loss at the dance studio or any event.

By accepting in the designated area in this policy, I acknowledge that any photos or videos taken of my child while participating in Inspire Dance Company Miami events are the property of Inspire Dance Company Miami and may be used for, but not limited too, advertising purposes and social media postings.
