FALL REGISTRATION INFORMATION
2025 - 2026
Rave Dance Complex will be following the Union County Public School calendar.
There will be NO DANCE CLASSES:
November 26th - November 30th, 2025
December 19th, 2025 - January 4th, 2026
April 3rd, 2026 - April 12th, 2026
RECITAL
Recital will be the weekend of June 5th at Wingate University.
We will have a dress rehearsal on June 6th.
Our recital day will be June 7th.
These events are highly encouraged for all registered dancers.
There will be a recital fee.
COSTUMES
Jazz/Hip Hop will have the same costume for recital.
Ballet/Tap classes will have the same costume for recital.
We will have costume fees which will be emailed to you.
CODE OF CONDUCT
RDC 2025 - 2026
ATTIRE
JAZZ/HIP HOP- The attire for jazz and hip hop will be leotards and tights. Dancers are more than welcome to wear tank tops, t-shirts, sweatpants, or shorts over the leotard for hip hop. Jazz shoes will be required for jazz, and sneakers will be required for hip hop. Hair in a ponytail is required.
BALLET/TAP- The attire for ballet and tap will be a leotard, tights, ballet shoes, and tap shoes. Hair in a ponytail or a bun is required.
TUMBLE- Anything dancers can move in- leotard, shorts, leggings, tank top.
CLASS ETIQUETTE
If a student is being disrespectful towards other dancers or teachers, they will be removed from class. Talking over teachers, talking back, and being disruptive during class is unacceptable. Bullying will not be tolerated. If any fighting/arguing is presented, it will be taken care of. Parents will be notified if their child is bullying others. If physical contact is made by a student, they will be removed from the team immediately. If verbal disputes come about, the first step we will take is a meeting with the kids. If it continues after the meeting, we will have one more meeting with kids and parents. If it continues after the second meeting, those kids will be removed from RDC. Again, bullying will not be tolerated at the studio.
PAYMENTS
Payments can be made via cash/check/card.
Payment is due on the first Wednesday of each month. Everyone has a 15 day grace period with payments. Late fees of $5 per week will be applied each week the payment has not been received.
If there is a family with 2 dancers, the second dancer receives half off their monthly tuition.
Registration Fee per student is $25 (family with 2 dancers receives half off second dancer)
2's in TuTus - $40 monthly tuition
Age 3-4 class- $40 monthly tuition
Age 5-6 class- $55 monthly tuition
Jazz/Hip Hop class- $55 monthly tuition
Age 7-10 class- $55 monthly tuition
Tumble class- $40
EARLY TERMINATION
If you are unable to finish the season here at RDC (September 2025-recital day, June, 2026), there will be no refunds in any monthly tuition, no refunds in recital fees, no refunds in costume fees, and no refunds in registration fee.
By signing, I agree to respect and obey the Code of Conduct of Rave Dance Complex. Photos of my child are allowed to be shared on RDC social media for advertisement purposes. I understand if I remove myself (my child) from RDC before our season is complete (before recital in June, 2023), I will not receive a refund in any tuition, recital fees, tickets, costume fees, or registration fee. I understand that there will be consequences for poor behavior in class/in the studio, such as bullying, and potential removal from RDC with no refunds, if removed due to poor actions such as bullying. I understand it is possible for my child to get injured in any way while attending dance class at RDC, and that I will not sew RDC in response to any accidents/injuries that occur while inside of Rave Dance Complex.
