WAIVER
I hereby indemnify, release, and forever hold harmless Dance and Grow LLC, including its owners, employees, and instructors from any and all claims of liability arising from any accident, personal injury, death, property loss, or damage sustained by me/my child(ren) for whom I am a legal guardian (the "Participant"), while the Participant is engaged in activities connected with Dance and Grow LLC, including classes, rehearsals, performances, birthday parties, or other activities.
I understand that dance and movement activities have inherent risks of injury, and, being fully aware of all risk, I consent to have the Participant participate in the classes and activities offered by Dance and Grow LLC, and I accept full responsibility for providing adequate health and accident insurance coverage for the protection of the Participant. By accepting and consenting to this statement, I declare that the Participant is in good health, with no physical conditions that might prevent participation in rigorous dance activities. I understand that I should be aware of the Participant's physical limitations and agree not to exceed them.
Further, I understand and acknowledge that because of the physical nature of dance, there may be physical contact between instructors and students during dance instruction.
I have carefully read the contents of this waiver and fully understand its contents, I understand that this is an assumption of risk and release of liability, and I accept it of my own free will.
POLICIES
By registering you are agreeing to the following policies;
Tuition Policies
Class fees are due at enrollment and require a 2 week notice for cancellation/pro-rated refund once classes have begun.
We accept;
- Credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) with a 3.05% processing fee
- ACH routing numbers (no fees apply)
An annual, non-refundable $15 registration fee is required for each student in the school-year season.
Families receive one 10% discount per household, which applies to siblings.
Dance and Grow does not give credit, refunds, and/or prorating for class(es) missed due to holidays, vacations, or illness.
In the event of a cancelled class due to weather, statewide closures, facility closures, etc. a make-up class will be scheduled.
Email & Communication Policy
Dance and Grow primarily communicates via email. Please check your spam/junk folders and ensure emails from danceandgrow.llc@gmail.com are received in your email.
Photography & Social Media
We love celebrating our dancers! By registering, you grant permission for Dance and Grow to use photos and videos for promotional purposes. If you prefer your child not be photographed, please email danceandgrow.llc@gmail.com. We will always respect your wishes.
Medical Conditions, Behavior Plans, Access Needs
We are committed to supporting every dancer’s needs. Please notify us of any medical conditions, diagnoses, or access needs by emailing danceandgrow.llc@gmail.com, We will follow up to schedule a discussion about your dancer’s needs and how best to support them. Staff at Dance and Grow are professional dance educators but are not medical professionals. We welcome ABA or medical professional assistance in our classrooms if beneficial.
Sickness Policy
If your child is feeling unwell, we kindly ask that they stay home to rest and recover. If a child arrives to class showing signs of illness, we will contact a caregiver for immediate pickup. Thank you for helping us maintain a healthy and safe environment. Our staff and students' health is a top priority.
Drop Off/Pickup Policy
For any dancer under the age of 5, we ask that a caretaker remain on site during class, should the need arise for your assistance in taking them to the restroom etc.
Please encourage your dancer to use the restroom when you arrive, before dance class begins. If your dancer is not entirely potty-trained please have them wear a pull-up during class.
Drop-off occurs 5 minutes before class.
Please ensure dancers are picked up no later than 5 minutes after class ends.
