As a participant in any program or class of Studio Electric Dance LLC, I recognize and acknowledge the nature of the activities my child will be participating in and that my child is in the proper physical condition and capable of participating in the related activities. I understand that Studio Electric Dance LLC is not in any way responsible for making such a determination. - I agree to waive and relinquish all claims that I or my minor child may have as a result of participating in any program or class against Studio Electric Dance LLC and its officers, agents, servants, employees and independent contractors. I further agree to identify and hold harmless and defend Studio Electric Dance LLC and its officers, agents, servants, employees and independent contractors from my claims resulting from injuries, damages and losses sustained by me or my minor child that arise out of, in connection with, or in any way associated with the activities of this program.
