## Costume & Recital Fees * **Costume fees are separate from tuition.** * Costume pricing varies by class and level. * Pricing and due dates will be announced by **November 1**. * Some classes may require a **costume deposit**, with the remaining balance due at a later date (TBD). * All students participating in the annual recital are required to pay a **Recital Bundle Fee**. FIM Auto Pay Enrollment & Use Policy To complete registration, all families must keep a *valid credit card on file* in their FIM Parent Portal account. Auto Pay Enrollment Requirement All families are required to enroll in Auto Pay in order to store a credit card on file. Credit card information is protected through encrypted security measures provided by the merchant processing system. Families may make payments anytime before the due date by submitting a manual payment through their Parent Portal using the credit card on file. Families may also pay using an alternative payment method, such as **cash, check, or Venmo (@Janet-Marland)**. When Auto Pay Will Be Used FIM will NOT automatically process payments early. Auto Pay will only be used if a payment becomes 24 hours or more past due. We may however offer autopay as a convenience next dance season. NOTE: If an Auto Pay payment attempt is declined, a $30 late fee will be charged immediately. Students may also lose the right to attend classes until all fees are paid in full.
FIM may occasionally take photographs and videos during classes and events. These images may include individual students and class/group shots and may be used for advertising and promotional purposes, including social media and other marketing platforms. ✅ Student names will never be used or posted with any photo or video. Important Notes Very few families choose to opt out, but we will do our best to honor your request. FIM has a diverse group of staff members who take candid photos throughout the year. While we make every effort to exclude students with opt-outs, occasional errors may happen. If a photo/video is posted accidentally, it will be removed immediately upon request. How to Opt Out If you do not want your child photographed or recorded: Text 508-501-1131 and request a Photo Opt-Out Form Complete the form Print and submit it to your child’s teacher or a FIM Administrator The form must be turned in by your child’s first class
Feet in Motion School of Dance, and instructors, are not liable for personal injuries or loss of personal property. Injuries may occur since this is a physical activity. If a student should withdraw from class, refunds will be given at the discrepancy of the director. Please DO NOT send your child to dance if they are feeling ill or have been out of school due to sickness. We follow the same guidelines as the public schools regarding keeping students home when sick. We also are following all guidance provided by the CDC to keep all our FIM families and faculty healthy and safe. Make-ups are available in most cases if your schedule allows for a make-up class. Registration is charged **once per year** at the time of enrollment for the **2026–2027 dance season** (unless otherwise noted). * **$70 per student** or **$105 per family** The registration fee must be received **within 48 hrs of registering** for a class. Payment secures your child’s spot in class. Registration fees are non-refundable.** Refer to the Tuition & Payment Schedule https://docs.google.com/document/d/1dWxiwER57riFfAda9ZP83a_Xa5pkXyvN3z7axf7e84U/edit?usp=sharing Regular Season Tuition is divided into **four installments**, due on the following dates: * **September 1** * **November 1** * **January 1** * **March 1** **Late Payment Policy** * If tuition is not paid by the **15th of the month it is due**, a **$30 late fee** will be added. * On the **16th**, the credit card on file will be **automatically charged** for the remaining balance, including any late and applicable credit card fees. *Students who register after the season begins will be charged a **prorated first installment** and will then follow the standard tuition schedule listed above.* Please ensure your payment information is kept current to avoid interruptions in your dancer’s participation. Payment Methods * **Credit Cards:** Credit cards may be used to pay most fees through the Parent Portal. Although you may store your credit card information, **payments are not automatically drafted**. You must log in and authorize each payment when due. * **Cash or Check:** Checks should be made payable to **FIM**. * **Venmo:** Payments may be sent to **@Janet-Marland** (no friend request required).
