Your tuition reserves your dancer's place in class.
Class sizes are limited, and your dancer's enrollment reserves a spot that may prevent another student from enrolling. We appreciate receiving notice as soon as possible if you plan to withdraw.

Tuition is due on the 1st of each month.
Payments will be posted to your parent portal.

From September through May, dancers are guaranteed 30 classes. Any additional classes are provided at no extra cost.
Monthly tuition remains the same regardless of absences or whether a month has three, four, or five class weeks.
Snow days, emergency closures, or other cancellations will not be made up unless the total number of classes falls below the guaranteed 30.

Late Payments
Payments received after the 5th will incur a $25 late fee.
Payments received after the 15th will incur a $50 late fee.
Accounts not paid by the 1st of the following month will result in the dancer being removed from classes until the account is brought current.
Any additional fees collected throughout the season (registration fees, costume fees, competition fees, etc.) that are not received within 10 days of the due date will incur a $15 late fee.

Dropping Classes
Written notice must be provided before the next tuition payment is due to withdraw from a class. If notice is not received before the next payment is due, the upcoming month's tuition remains the responsibility of the parent or guardian.

New This Year: Dancers who withdraw from a recreational performance class on or after January 1 will be charged a $25 drop fee per class.

Acknowledgment

By signing this document, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to abide by the V's School of Dance Tuition and Class Withdrawal Policy.

I understand and acknowledge that participation in dance classes, workshops, rehearsals, performances, competitions, and other activities offered by V's School of Dance involves inherent risks, including the possibility of physical injury and, in extremely rare circumstances, death.
In consideration of participation in these activities, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with myself and/or my child participating in programs offered by V's School of Dance.

I agree to release, waive, and hold harmless V's School of Dance, its owners, instructors, staff members, volunteers, dancers, and facility owners from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in any studio activity, except where prohibited by law.

I understand that V's School of Dance is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property that may occur on or around the studio premises before, during, or after classes, rehearsals, performances, or events.
I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to be aware of my own and/or my child's physical abilities and limitations. I agree that neither I nor my child will participate beyond those limitations and will inform the studio of any medical conditions, injuries, or restrictions that may affect safe participation.

If I am signing on behalf of a minor, I certify that I am the child's parent or legal guardian and have the legal authority to execute this agreement on the child's behalf.

I further grant V's School of Dance permission to photograph and/or record me and/or my child during classes, rehearsals, performances, competitions, and studio events. I understand that these photographs and videos may be used for recordkeeping, promotional materials, advertising, marketing, social media, the studio website, and other lawful business purposes without further notice or compensation. I understand that I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials and that I will not receive compensation for the use of these images or recordings.
