By registering for a Dance Works 2026-2027 classes, I acknowledge and agree to the following: • I understand that participation in dance and camp activities involves physical activity and risk of injury. I voluntarily assume all risks and release Dance Works of Rutherford County Inc., its owners, instructors, and staff from any liability related to participation. • I authorize Dance Works to seek medical treatment for my child (or myself if over 18) in the event of an emergency if I cannot be reached. I am responsible for any medical expenses. • All registration fees are paid in full at the time of registration and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Tuition fees is separate from registration fees. Tuition is due by 7tht day of each month. No refunds or credits are given for missed classes. • Dance Works is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. • I give permission for Dance Works to use photos and/or videos for promotional purposes. • By completing registration, I agree to these terms and understand this is a legally binding agreement.
