I understand that the registration fee is non-refundable and that tuition begins September 1st, 2025. I also acknowledge that additional fees may apply during the season and all official details, including uniforms and practice expectations, will be discussed at the HAUS CALL: Elite Kickoff orientation on August 24, 2025. I understand and agree that registration alone does not secure placement without payment.

LIABILITY WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK





I acknowledge that participation in cheerleading and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or accident. I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless PWRHAUS ELITE CHEER, its staff, directors, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising from my child’s participation. I understand that proper safety procedures will be followed and that participation is voluntary.









MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION & EMERGENCY CONSENT





I authorize the staff of PWRHAUS ELITE CHEER to seek emergency medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached. I understand that every effort will be made to contact me prior to medical care being provided. I agree to be responsible for any resulting medical expenses.









PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE





I give permission for my child to be photographed or recorded during practices, events, or showcases for use in promotional materials, social media, website content, and other forms of advertising by PWRHAUS ELITE CHEER. No names will be posted without consent. I understand I can opt out by emailing info@pwrhauselite.com before the season begins.









PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY





I understand that all registration fees and tuition payments are non-refundable, unless a documented error was made on behalf of PWRHAUS ELITE CHEER. Tuition is due on the 1st of each month and considered late after the 5th, with a $15 late fee applied. No refunds, credits, or proration will be given for missed practices or voluntary withdrawal. Payment plans are available upon request. Uniform and additional team costs will be discussed at orientation and are not included in the registration fee.









CODE OF CONDUCT & BEHAVIOR AGREEMENT





I agree to support a positive, respectful, and safe environment for all athletes, families, and staff. Bullying, gossip, or disruptive behavior by athletes or parents will not be tolerated. I understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the program without refund.
