Dance Kaleidoscope School Handbook
Welcome to the Dance Kaleidoscope School where each and every dancer is an important member of our studio. We believe all dancers should be taught in a safe, nurturing, and positive environment. Our goal is to foster an environment of independence, creativity, and inclusion.
Below you will find important information regarding our studio classes and policies. Please carefully review the information with your dancer and we will keep a hard copy at the studio for your reference.

We look forward to sharing this year of dance with you and your family.
Policies:
Parents are invited to relax in our lobby area during classes, but class observation is reserved for specific days during each session.
All students must be completely potty trained and able to dress themselves. Students should arrive dressed and ready to go before being dropped off at the studio. Please do not allow dance shoes outside of the studio! (This will ruin our dance floors!)
We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment (3 student minimum)
No food, snacks, or drinks besides water in the building! ALL water bottles must be tightly sealed! No open bottles or straws will be allowed in the studios!
If classes need to be canceled for any reason (weather, power outages, etc.) you will be notified via email and we will post on our social media pages.
If your child is sick, please keep them home so we can all stay healthy. We are happy to help you schedule a makeup class at the same or lower level. Please do not send them to class if they have thrown up in the last 24 hours, run a fever of 100.4 or higher in the last 24 hours, they have a consistent cough or runny nose.
If a student tests positive for COVID, you should keep them at home until they are cough and fever free and test negative.
