By registering for classes and workshops at NLPAC, you agree to pay for any and all associated fees prior to the first class of term whether you attend or not. Any outstanding balance may be subject to late fees. It is your responsibility to check that you have registered for classes or workshops suitable for the student's age, ability and skill level. Attendance

By attending classes or courses at NLPAC the parent/carer and participant agrees to the terms and conditions set out below.
Upon booking and payment of the class or course, the terms and conditions shall be deemed accepted by the parent/carer.
NLPAC may cancel this contract at any time before the participant commences for any reason.
If a class or course has been booked but the participant would prefer to change to another class of the same value prior to the term starting, no admin fee is charged.

Fees and Payments

NLPAC is a membership organisation and as such all students attending term time classes at NLPAC must pay an annual or termly membership fee.
Fees are based on a 11-13 week term as indicated on the NLPAC term dates available on the website.
Group class fees are payable termly and must be paid in full before the start of each new term. If your child turns up to class without the fee having been paid, they will not be allowed to participate.
Private lesson fees are payable termly and are non-refundable.
Holiday courses require payment in full before or on the first day of the course.

Cancellation and Refunds

Group Classes
Cancellation – 7 or more days before the first class of the new term, a full refund is given less a £15 admin fee.
Cancellation – 6 days or less before first class of new term, a 75% is given less a £15 admin fee.
Cancellation after start of term – no refund will be given, but a credit note may be given at management discretion and will incur a £15 admin fee.

Private Lessons
Should you wish to terminate your lesson slot, you must provide notice of at least half a term. This needs to be given in writing to the NLPAC office at info@nlpac.co.uk. If this notice period is not given then the next half terms fees will be charged.

Private lessons are non-refundable. Any credits must be used within the same term and will not be carried over to the following term.

Holiday Workshops and Courses
Holiday workshops and courses are non-refundable.

Parent/Carer Responsibilities

The Parent/Carer agrees that the information provided on the registration form is accurate and up to date at the time of completion. It is the parent responsibility to inform NLPAC of any changes to contact details or address.
It is the Parent and/or Carer’s responsibility to inform NLPAC of any medical conditions at the point of registration.
This includes behavioural disorders. For serious medical conditions, a Medical Condition form should be completed along with the registration form giving detailed information of the condition.
The Parent/Carer agrees and accepts responsibility and care for the student while they are not in class at NLPAC.
Parents/Carers are not permitted to sit in on any class or private lesson.
NLPAC reserves the right to exclude any student, Parent or Carer if the safety or welfare of other students, customers or staff is threatened due to inappropriate, aggressive or disruptive behaviour.
All students must be adequately toilet trained if participating in any class or workshop at NLPAC.
The Parent/Carer accepts and understands that appropriate physical contact by the teacher may be necessary within some classes to aid and instruct.

NLPAC Photographic & Video Consent Policy

At NLPAC, we understand the significant role that photographs and digital/video images play in celebrating achievements and fostering community in our modern society. We believe that showcasing the hard work and success of our pupils is a valuable part of their learning journey and personal development.

Purpose of Photography & Videography:

Images and videos captured at NLPAC classes, rehearsals, performances (including annual dance shows, Ballet shows, Stage School showcases and Musical Theatre Productions), and events may be used for a variety of promotional and archival purposes, including:

* Official NLPAC Website: Displaying images on our official website.
* Social Media: Sharing on NLPAC's official social media pages (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).
* Promotional Materials: Inclusion in printed materials such as flyers, brochures, posters, and advertisements.
* Internal Communications: Use in newsletters, presentations, or displays within NLPAC.
* Press & Media: Submission to local newspapers or media outlets (with school approval).
* Archival Records: Maintaining a visual history of NLPAC's activities and pupil achievements.

Our Commitment to Data Protection & E-Safety:
NLPAC is committed to complying fully with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We will never take or publish images of pupils unless explicit, verifiable consent has been provided by a parent or legal guardian.
To protect our pupils, we are acutely aware of the importance of e-safety. Therefore, children's full names will never be published alongside their photographs on our website, social media, or in any public-facing materials.

External Photographers & Filming:

Please note that all external photographers and companies invited to capture images or video for NLPAC are thoroughly vetted and checked to ensure they adhere to our Privacy Policy and Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy. For annual dance shows and productions, professional filming and photography are arranged specifically for parent/carer distribution. Images from these events may also be selected for use on the official NLPAC website or social media pages, as outlined above.

Your Rights:

As a parent or guardian, you have specific rights regarding your child's image:
* Right to Withdraw Consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time for future use of your child's image. To do so, please contact the office in writing at info@nlpac.co.uk. While we will make every reasonable effort to remove images from our platforms, please understand that images already published in print or widely disseminated may not be fully retrievable.
* Right to Access: You may request access to any images we hold of your child.
