Enrollment, Payment, Waiver, and Authorization Agreement
By enrolling at Burlington Academy of Dance & Arts (BADA), I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Registration & Tuition
The registration fee is non-refundable.
May 2026 tuition is refundable only if written cancellation is received before August 15, 2025.
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. A grace period is provided until the 10th.
Payments may be made via ACH/EFT bank draft, credit/debit card, cash, or check.
An active ACH/EFT bank draft or card on file is required. If tuition is unpaid by the 11th, BADA will charge the balance to the card/ACH account on file to avoid late fees.
A $25 late fee will apply if tuition remains unpaid after the 10th and no valid payment method is available.
A $30 NSF fee will apply for any returned or declined payments.
I remain responsible for all tuition and fees until I provide written notice to drop classes. Dropped classes must be submitted in writing before the 1st of the month or I remain responsible for that month’s tuition.
No refunds are issued for missed classes. Make-ups may be requested for a lower-level class in the same discipline, with office and faculty approval at least 24 hours in advance during office hours.
Costumes & Performance Fees
Costume fee: $63 deposit per costume due November 1, 2025; balance due February 1, 2026.
Performance fee: due April 1, 2026.
Costume fees remain due if a class is dropped after November 15, 2025.
Summer Programs
Summer registration fees are non-refundable.
Summer tuition must be paid before the first class.
No proration, drop-in, or make-up options for camps/intensives.
No withdrawals or refunds once enrolled in summer programs.
Withdrawal Policy
Written notice is required to drop a class.
To receive a refund of May 2026 tuition, cancellations must be submitted in writing prior to August 15, 2025.
All other tuition, fees, deposits, and “Save My Spot” payments are non-refundable. Account credit may be issued at BADA’s discretion.
Waiver & Release of Liability
I certify that my child is in good health and physically able to participate in BADA activities. I acknowledge the risks inherent in dance training and performance and assume full responsibility for any injuries that may occur. I release and hold harmless Burlington Academy of Dance & Arts, its directors, faculty, staff, officers, and agents from any claims or liabilities arising from participation.
Media Release
I grant permission for my child’s image or likeness to be used in BADA promotional materials, print, or web content.
Privacy Policy
BADA respects your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Data is used only for studio business. Office staff may access your information for administrative purposes. Please contact the office if you wish to update or remove your information.
Payment Authorization
You may select Automatic/Recurring Payments or Manual Payments (with card kept on file):
Automatic / Recurring Payment Plan
I authorize BADA to automatically charge my account for all balances due. Payment amounts may vary based on added/dropped classes or other charges. Authorization remains in effect until I notify the office in writing.
Manual / No Automatic Draft
I agree to make timely payments. If my balance is unpaid by the due date, I authorize BADA to process payment using the card on file plus a $25 late fee.
