Craneisha's Dance Unlimited – Policy Agreement
This Policy Agreement outlines the rules, expectations, and responsibilities for participants and their families at Craneisha's Dance Unlimited. By signing this Agreement, participants and/or their parents or legal guardians agree to adhere to the following policies:
1. Attendance and Punctuality
• • Participants are expected to attend all scheduled classes, rehearsals, and performances on time.
• • If a participant is unable to attend a class or event, advance notice must be provided to the Dance Studio.
• • Excessive absences or tardiness may result in removal from performances or classes.
2. Code of Conduct
• • Participants must treat instructors, staff, and fellow dancers with respect at all times.
• • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from Craneisha’s Dance Unlimited without refund.
• • Parents and guardians are also expected to conduct themselves respectfully while on studio premises.
3. Dress Code
• • Participants must adhere to Craneisha’s Dance Unlimited dress code, which includes wearing appropriate dance attire and footwear for each class.
• • Hair should be neatly styled and secured away from the face.
• • Failure to comply with the dress code may result in the participant being unable to join the class.
4. Tuition and Fees
• • Tuition payments are due on the 1st of each month and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
• • All families are required to enroll in Auto-Pay through our Parent Portal.
• • Late or failed payments will result in a $15 late fee.
• • Declined auto-payments will incur a $25 processing fee.
• • No refunds will be issued for missed classes, performances, or voluntary withdrawal.
• • If you are unable to enroll in Auto-Pay due to a special circumstance, please contact the studio directly before registering.
• • In these cases, a $25 fee will be charged for any returned checks or failed manual payments.
5. Safety and Liability
• • Craneisha’s Dance Unlimited is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
• • Participants must follow all safety guidelines provided by instructors.
• • Parents are responsible for supervising children before and after classes.
• • A signed Waiver and Release of Liability must be on file for all participants prior to class participation.
6. Media Consent
• • By signing this Agreement, participants and/or their guardians grant Craneisha’s Dance Unlimited permission to use photographs, videos, or other media featuring the participant for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes.
• • If you wish to opt out of media use, please notify the director, Craneisha Cobb in writing before the start of the session.
7. Studio Closure and Cancellations
• • In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, Craneisha’s Dance Unlimited will notify participants of closures or cancellations via email or social media.
• • Make-up classes will be offered, when possible, but no refunds will be provided.
8. Termination of Participation
• • Craneisha’s Dance Unlimited reserves the right to terminate participation for any reason, including but not limited to failure to adhere to the policies outlined in this agreement.
• • Participants and/or guardians must provide written notice to Craneisha’s Dance Unlimted if they wish to terminate their enrollment.
9. Governing Law
• • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana.
Acknowledgment
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the policies outlined in this Agreement. I understand that failure to comply with these policies may result in dismissal from Craneisha’s Dance Unlimited without refund.
