To register for an online account, you must be over 18 years of age, or older.

Refunds will be granted and issued up to October 10th, 2026. No refunds will be granted on registration fees, or any service charges applied to payments.
Any refunds issued on Early Registration Discounts will be charged a 10% administrative fee on the total payment up until October 10th, 2026.

I hereby release The Dance Pac from all claims for damage arriving from any accident or injury which is caused by or arrives from participation of the applicant hereon during any program or in any location where program is being held. By signing this agreement, you agree to the terms and conditions listed on The Dance Pac terms and conditions forms.
