Registration Agreement
1. Enrollment & Tuition
A non-refundable annual registration fee is required to reserve your student's place in class.
Tuition is billed monthly and is due on the **1st of each month** using the payment method on file. Tuition reserves your child's place in class and remains the same each month regardless of holidays, studio closures, or the number of classes held.
Accounts with outstanding balances may be subject to late fees and may result in suspension from classes, performances, competitions, or other studio activities until the account is brought current.

2. Attendance & Withdrawal
Regular attendance is essential to each student's progress and success.
Missed classes are not eligible for refunds or tuition credits. Make-up classes may be offered at the discretion of the studio but are not guaranteed.
To withdraw from classes, written notice must be submitted before the **25th of the current month**. Tuition will continue to be charged until written notice is received. Failure to attend class does not constitute withdrawal.

3. Studio Expectations
Just For Kicks Dance & Tumble is committed to providing a safe, positive, and respectful environment for every student and family.
Students are expected to:
* Arrive on time and prepared for class.
* Wear the required dress code.
* Treat instructors, staff, fellow students, and studio property with respect.
Parents and guardians are expected to communicate respectfully with instructors, staff, and other studio families.
The studio reserves the right to suspend or dismiss any student or family whose behavior is disruptive, abusive, threatening, or inconsistent with the values of the studio. Tuition and fees will not be refunded in these circumstances.

4. Costume Fees
Students participating in the annual recital will be required to purchase a costume for each performing class.
Costume fees will be posted to your account and must be paid by the announced deadline. Costumes cannot be ordered or distributed for accounts with unpaid costume balances.
Once costumes have been ordered, all costume fees are final and non-refundable.

5. Recital Policies
Participation in the annual recital is encouraged but not required.
Students performing in the recital are expected to attend all scheduled rehearsals. Missing mandatory rehearsals may result in removal from part or all of the performance at the discretion of studio management.
A recital fee may be assessed each season to help cover venue rental, staffing, production, and technical expenses. Students must be in good financial standing and meet attendance and behavior expectations to participate.

6. Weather & Emergency Closures
In the event of severe weather, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances, class cancellations will be communicated through email, the parent portal, and the studio's social media pages.
While every effort will be made to provide make-up classes or alternative instruction when possible, this cannot be guaranteed. Tuition will not be prorated or refunded for closures beyond the studio's control.

7. Assumption of Risk, Injury Waiver & Medical Authorization
Participation in dance, tumbling, acrobatics, conditioning, performances, competitions, camps, and all other activities offered by Just For Kicks Dance & Tumble involves inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, fractures, concussions, and other serious injuries.
By enrolling your child, you acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume all responsibility associated with participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and hold harmless Just For Kicks Dance & Tumble, its owners, instructors, employees, volunteers, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, expenses, or liability arising from participation in studio activities, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Parents and guardians are responsible for informing the studio of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or restrictions that may affect participation.
In the event of an illness or injury during class or any studio-sponsored activity, you authorize Just For Kicks Dance & Tumble staff to administer reasonable first aid and to obtain emergency medical treatment if a parent or emergency contact cannot be reached. Any medical expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the parent or guardian.

### 8. Photography & Media Release
Just For Kicks Dance & Tumble may photograph or record classes, rehearsals, performances, competitions, camps, and other studio events for promotional, educational, and social media purposes.
By enrolling, you grant permission for your child to appear in these materials unless written notice declining this permission is provided to the studio.

## Agreement Confirmation
By clicking **"I Agree"** during online registration, you acknowledge that you have carefully read and understand this Registration Agreement and agree to abide by all studio policies and procedures.
You understand that your electronic acceptance constitutes your legal signature and that this agreement will remain in effect for the duration of your enrollment unless superseded by an updated agreement issued by Just For Kicks Dance & Tumble.
