Auto Payment Authorization Agreement

1. Tuition Payments

Tuition is charged monthly on the 1st of each month. Payments are processed automatically using the payment method
saved in your parent portal. Tuition is due regardless of the number of classes in a given month. There are no
pro-rations for missed classes or holidays.

2. Additional Charges

You authorize Just for Kicks Dance & Tumble to charge your account for the following, as applicable:
- Registration fees
- Costume fees
- Recital or performance fees
- Private lesson fees
- Make-up rehearsal fees
- Event or convention participation
- Late fees

All charges will be posted to your account and included in your automatic payment total.

3. Failed Payments & Late Fees

If a payment is declined or returned, a $10 late or NSF fee will be added to your account. It is your responsibility to
ensure your payment method is current in the portal. Accounts more than 15 days past due may result in class
suspension until the balance is paid in full.

4. Cancellation & Withdrawal

Withdrawal from classes must be submitted in writing by the 25th of the month to avoid charges for the following month.
Canceling a class does not automatically stop billing; you must notify the studio in writing. No refunds are given for
missed classes, absences, or partial months.

5. Agreement Duration

This authorization remains in effect through the current dance season or until written cancellation is submitted. You may
update your payment method at any time via your parent portal.

Registration Agreement

1. Enrollment & Tuition

A non-refundable registration fee is required to secure enrollment. Tuition is charged monthly and is due by the 1st of each month. Tuition remains the same each month regardless of the number of weeks or holidays.

2. Attendance & Class Policies

Regular attendance is expected to maintain progress and placement. Missed classes are not eligible for refunds. Make-up classes may be available but are not guaranteed. To withdraw, written notice must be provided before the 25th
of the month to avoid the next month's tuition charges.

3. Studio Behavior Expectations

Students and families must act respectfully toward instructors, staff, and peers. Proper dance attire and on-time arrival are required for all classes. The studio reserves the right to suspend or remove any student or parent for disruptive or unsafe behavior.

4. Costume Fees

Each class participating in the annual recital will require a costume. Costume fees will be posted to your account and must be paid by the announced deadline. Costumes will not be distributed to students with unpaid balances. All costume
purchases are final and non-refundable once ordered.

5. Recital Policies

Students are encouraged to participate in our annual recital, but it is not mandatory. Recital participation requires attendance at scheduled classes and mandatory rehearsals. A recital fee may be charged to cover venue, staffing, and
production costs. This fee will be announced in advance. Performance spots may be forfeited if attendance, behavior, or payment requirements are not met.

6. Weather-Related Closures

In the event of inclement weather or power outages, class cancellations will be announced via email, social media, and the parent portal. We do not guarantee makeup classes for weather-related closures but will do our best to offer alternatives when possible. Tuition is not prorated or refunded for closures due to acts of nature.

Agreement Confirmation

By clicking 'I Agree' during registration, you confirm that you have read and understood this agreement, accept all studio policies, and agree to comply with them for the duration of your child's enrollment.
