Dance is a form of physical exercise through which there is always an inherent risk of injury. Our staff are highly-trained in the art of dance and provide their expertise to our collection of enrolled dancers. By participating in such classes, Beyond Dance is not held liable for any dance-related or dancer injuries that occur on the premises of the studio.
By registering for classes, you adhere to all Beyond Dance studio policies found on our dashboard and website. Failure to adhere to these policies may result in cancelled enrollment without refund. Tuition is non-refundable. Dance is a form of physical exercise that comes with the inherent risk of injury like any other sport. Beyond Dance is not liable for any dance-related injuries that occur on studio premises. All intellectual property, creative, choreography, and costuming is the exclusive right of Beyond Dance and may not be reproduced or re-performed outside of studio events without the express written consent of ownership.
