By creating an account with Art in Motion Dance, you agree to the following:

Account & Communication:
You agree to receive important updates regarding your dancer’s classes, schedules, performances, and studio events. You confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are the legal guardian of the dancer(s) being registered. You must be over 18 to register.

Registration & Insurance Fees:
You acknowledge that the annual registration fee includes a $25.00 registration fee and a $50.00 insurance fee per dancer. These fees are non-refundable.

Liability Waiver:
You understand that participation in dance classes involves physical activity and accept all risks associated with such activities. Art in Motion Dance, its staff, and instructors will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur while on the premises or during any studio-related activities.

Media Release:
Unless otherwise stated in writing, you grant Art in Motion Dance permission to photograph or video your dancer for use in promotional materials, social media, and on the studio website. No names will be published without additional consent.

Payment Policy:
You agree to pay all tuition and fees in accordance with the studio’s posted payment schedule. Late fees may apply to overdue payments. Refunds are not provided for missed classes, but makeup classes may be offered based on availability.

Accept Waiver

1. General Liability Waiver and Covenant Not to Sue
By registering with Art in Motion Dance & Performing Arts Centre Inc., I confirm that I (or my child/ward) am voluntarily participating in dance classes, workshops, and/or events. I fully understand that these activities involve physical movement and may carry a risk of injury.

I agree to release and hold harmless Art in Motion Dance & Performing Arts Centre Inc., its owners, employees, instructors, agents, volunteers, and the owner(s) of the facility from any and all claims or liabilities for personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from participation in any activity on or off studio premises.

I further agree not to initiate any legal proceedings or claims against any of the above-mentioned parties in connection with participation in studio activities.

2. Emergency Medical Authorization
In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize the staff of Art in Motion Dance & Performing Arts Centre Inc. to seek medical assistance for myself or my child/ward as deemed necessary. I understand that every effort will be made to contact the parent/guardian listed in the account before emergency care is provided.

I accept full financial responsibility for any medical services rendered and agree to hold Art in Motion and its staff harmless for the outcomes of such care, provided they have acted in good faith and with reasonable judgment.

3. Media Release
I grant permission for Art in Motion Dance & Performing Arts Centre Inc. to photograph and/or video record myself or my child/ward during studio classes, performances, rehearsals, and events.

These images may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, the studio website, newsletters, and printed marketing materials. No names or personal information will be published without additional consent.

If I wish to opt out of public media use, I understand I must update my preferences in the Parent Portal or contact the studio directly.
