Beall Dance Studio staff are not responsible for students who have been left unattended. All parents/guardians are responsible for making sure that their student (regardless of age) safely enters the studio. Students need to be dropped off no earlier than 15 minutes before their class. Parents need to be at the studio within 5 minutes of their student's dismissal from class. If the parent/guardian is running late, they will need to notify the studio via message to inform the instructor and student.

Participation in dance class and dance activities may involve some possible personal injury. Despite precautions; accidents and injuries may occur to my student while dancing. By accepting this liability waiver, I the parent/guardian assume all risks related to the use of Beall Dance Studio and agree to release, hold harmless the Beall Dance Studio, including: Dance director Ana C. Beall, dance instructors, staff members and facilities used for any cause of action, claims or demands now and in the future. I will not hold Beall Dance Studio, Ana C. Beall, dance instructors and staff members liable for any personal injury or personal property damage, which may occur on the premises before, during or after dance class.

AGE REQUIREMENT:
Students must at least 2 and no older than 17

STUDENT CONDUCT:
Respect our studio, instructors, families and dance mates. Listen and follow instructions; this will ensure the safety of all students and classes will not be disrupted. There is no running, tumbling, horse playing allowed inside the studio. Mirrors must never be touched. Dance/Acro equipment must only be used when instructor allows it.

DRESS CODE:
Students must be prepared for every class and must wear the appropriate uniform and shoes. This will enable your dancer to execute all steps correctly while ensuring their safety. Hair must always be away from the face (bun/ponytail). Students must never bring jewelry to class (exception: earrings but no hoops or dangling earrings)

ATTENDANCE:
The consistency and repetition of training is necessary for students to learn the proper technique and to be at equivalent level as their class. If student misses more than two of the final classes before a performance, competition, event, they may be dismissed from performing (at director's discretion).

CLASS TUITION & FEES:
Class tuition must be paid on the 1st of the month. All payments received after the 5th of the month will automatically have a $25.00 late fee added. If class tuition & late fee is not paid by the 15th of the month, the student will be withdrawn.

WITHDRAWING A STUDENT:
If is necessary to withdraw your student from BDS you will need to sign and submit a withdrawal form to Beall Dance Studio office by the 15th of the prior month. This will prevent any future tuition/registration be billed to you.
