Dance is an inherently physically demanding activity. Although all necessary precautions are taken to provide suitable warm-up exercises and comprehensive instruction, by signing the registration form at the Stafford Dance Center, parents of students, legal guardians of minor students, and adult students acknowledge and waive the right to pursue any legal action for injuries or illnesses incurred on school premises during class activities or any related activities occurring before, during, or after a class.
