You must be 18 or older to register for an account with our studio.

Complete and sign this contract & return it to the studio on or before January 31st, 2026.

These commitments are important for a successful show and most rehearsals will be held during your child’s class time except for the following:

*A full Studio Run Through will be held at the studio on Saturday, March 7th, 2026, for ALL dancers in the 5:00pm Cast (also the Friday, 10:00am school performance).

*A full Studio Run Through will be held at the studio on Saturday March 14th for ALL dancers in the 1:00pm Cast.

*All rehearsals will move to the Columbia County Performing Arts Center | Evans, GA on Monday, March 23rd, 2026, for “Theater Week”. During “Theater Week” regular classes at the studio will not meet.

*A Theater Packet will be given to you at Parent Orientations (to be held in the lobby the week of January 26th - 31st during your child’s regular class time) & will also be emailed out to the entire student body. You will need to refer to your packet for the “Theater Week” schedule.

*Performances will be held:
Friday, March 27th, 2026 at 10:00am (5:00pm cast)
Saturday, March 28th, 2026 at 1:00pm Cast
Saturday, March 28th, 2026 at 5:00pm Cast

**Dancers cast in the 5:00pm Cast on Saturday, March 28th, will also dance in the 10:00am show on March 27th.
**If your child has been cast in the 5:00pm Cast but is unable to perform in the 10:00am show please let the front desk know ASAP.

*I will see that my child attends classes and rehearsals regularly.
*I agree to pay the production fee of $100 PER CHILD by February 1st *If you are already on autopay , this will be deducted via autopay on February 5th.
*I understand that ticket sales are NOT included in the Production Fee. Tickets can be purchased on the Columbia County Performing Arts Theatre website: www.thecenterofcc.com beginning January 31st. I understand that production fees and ticket sales help pay for the immense production costs. (We have costumes that we assign for dancers to use at no cost; they do not go home with your dancer.)

By submitting this Contract, I agree that I have read, understand & agree to ALL Policies listed in this Contract.

*Autopay accounts will be deducted for Narnia fees on February 5th*

SEASON:
The Fall Season begins August 3rd & ends May 15th; Summer session runs during June & July.
All Performing Company & Academy Students perform in the Narnia production in May.

CLASS PLACEMENT & ETIQUETTE:
Pre-ballet Students (PBI-Intro) are placed according to age. Technique students (Ballet I, II & III → {8yrs and up}) are placed according to training and ability.
Classes are limited to 12 students per class. (Excludes company level classes.)
Company classes are reserved for members of AB’s performing company and are coordinated with the company’s rehearsal needs. When the company is moving closer to curtain, classes are shortened or even canceled to allow for more rehearsal time. Non-Company members may join a company level class upon this understanding, and by approval from the Office Manager.
ALL Students are asked to be ON TIME for class and dressed according to the dress code. If a student is running late they are to wait at the door until the instructor directs them to enter.
A student not dressed appropriately and/or doesn’t have their hair in a bun may be asked to observe class and not participate.

DRESS CODE → Academy students:
Pre-Ballet: girls wear a white leotard, pink tights, and pink ballet slippers.
Intro to technique: girls wear a white leotard, pink tights, and pink ballet slippers.
Ballet I-Ballet III and up: girls wear a black leotard, pink tights, and pink ballet slippers.
All boys wear a white t-shirt, black tights or pants with white socks (optional) and ballet slippers.
Girls' hair must be in a bun and pulled away from their face and off of their neck.
Skirts, tutus, & any color Leotards may be worn on the last class of each month.

TUITION & Company/Add’t (i.e. Narnia) FEES: PLEASE READ TUITION & FEES POLICIES THOROUGHLY
Tuition is calculated for the entire season and then divided into 10 equal monthly payments for Academy students (August-May). Tuition is not calculated on a per class basis and there are no tuition credits/prorated months given for classes missed due to illness, holidays, or ANY days the studio has been scheduled to be closed. (All class/rehearsal schedules are subject to change) For Summer camps and Intensives you pay for the camps/classes that you will attend.
A $10 late fee is charged to all payments received after the 10th of the month. If a student attends a month of classes and no payment is made before the 1st of the next month then classes will be suspended for that student until a payment is received. If a payment is late a 2nd time (not made by the 10th of each month thereafter) classes will be suspended until payment is received.
Tuition payments are debited the 1st of each month for all students (This excludes the Registration fee and first month).
All Academy students pay a Production fee of $100 in February to perform in Narnia.
Academy students: Classes DO NOT END after Narnia.
*****LATE PICK UP: GRACE PERIOD OF 10 MINUTES TWO TIMES AND 15 MINUTES ONE TIME. AFTER THAT IT WILL BE $1 PER MINUTE PAYABLE BY THE PARENT TO THE STUDIO TO REIMBURSE THE STAFF MEMBER OR VOLUNTEER WHO STAYED TO ATTEND TO YOUR CHILD'S SAFETY.
All Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE






Makeup classes for Academy students:
If your child misses a class due to illness, they may take a makeup class another day at the same level or a level below. Please contact the office to schedule a makeup class.
There will be no makeup classes during the months of February and March due to in class rehearsals for the Narnia or on Parent days.
Refer to the Academy Class Calendar throughout the season for dates that the studio closes for Holidays & any other scheduled times the studio will not have regularly scheduled classes. There are no makeup classes or tuition credits for these months that have days that we are scheduled to be closed, tuition IS NOT calculated on a per class basis.


Promotional photos and injury incurred on AB property (639 Furys Ferry Rd, Martinez,GA 30907 or any theater we are in for productions) applies to Academy, Campers and Company students:


You'll be allowed to "opt of" of having your dancer(s) photo taken at the time of registration. You may update this option, at any time, through the parent portal.
