Regular attendance is crucial for your child’s growth and success in dance. To ensure they get the most from each lesson, please make every effort to have your child arrive on time for class. Students should not be dropped off more than 15 minutes before class begins. If they arrive early, they must wait inside the lobby until their class begins. For safety reasons, students are not permitted to wait outside in front of the building. Please note that Studio 5 Performing Arts reserves the right to cancel or combine classes if a minimum enrollment is not maintained
If classes must be canceled due to circumstances beyond the Studio’s control, such as inclement weather, flooding, or hurricanes, makeup classes may be offered at the sole discretion of the Studio Director. Unlike educational school programs, we are unable to extend our season to accommodate missed classes, and our ongoing class schedule prevents us from guaranteeing makeup sessions. Therefore, no tuition reimbursements will be issued for canceled or missed classes.
At Studio 5 Performing Arts, we uphold the highest standards of discipline and respect at all times. We provide a structured yet supportive learning environment where your child receives The Finest in Dance Education, with instruction and discipline delivered in a caring atmosphere.
Holidays at Studio 5 Performing Arts will align with public school schedules. We will be closed for major holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, Mardi Gras, and Easter, as well as for Halloween. Parents and students should review the monthly newsletters for updates on studio holidays and closures.
Refund & Payment Policies: • Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of class attendance. -There will be a convenience fee added to all online payments from the processing team. • Costume Fees are non-refundable once paid, as costumes are ordered specifically for each student. • Recital Fees are non-refundable, even if a student withdraws from the recital or the studio. • Missed or Canceled Classes: No refunds or tuition adjustments are given for missed classes, studio closures due to holidays, or cancellations beyond the studio’s control (e.g., weather, natural disasters). Makeup classes, if any, are at the discretion of the Studio Director. • Ad Sales & Fundraising Payments are non-refundable. In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, requests for refunds may be submitted in writing to the Studio Owner for review. Decisions will be made at the sole discretion of the Studio Owner.
