Liability Waiver I have willingly given permission for my child to join/participate in Tough Athletics Company/Copperas Cove Creative Space Classes and events. In consideration of the risk of injury that exists while participating I am aware and acknowledge that Tough Athletics Company/Copperas Cove Creative Space will not be held responsible in any way. I understand Tough Athletics Company/Copperas Cove Creative Space is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. I understand that any damage to facility or equipment caused by the negligence of myself, my children, or any member of my party may be cause for dismissal and/or monetary compensation.
Rules and Expectations No outside food or drink. Water with a closed lid is acceptable. No sideline coaching. Please allow the coaches to do their jobs. Sideline coaching is not only a distraction, but a safety concern. Please ensure your athlete comes properly dressed. No buttons, zippers, pockets, or excessively baggy clothing. Indoor tumbling shoes are permitted. Pictures and videos are permitted as long as you are photographing your own child. TAC reserves the right to photograph and video classes for marketing purposes. All media is property of TAC. We do understand that some circumstances require the privacy of students. (See social media waiver) Class time is important. Arriving at least 5 minutes before class ensures we can start on time and get the most out of each session. TAC fosters a good sportsmanship environment. Any negative comments from athletes or parents will NOT be tolerated and are grounds for dismissal. No shoes on the mats or equipment. Athletes and staff only on the mats and equipment.
