At TNT Dance Factory, we strive to provide a safe and positive environment for all dancers. However, dance and physical activity involve inherent risks. By enrolling in classes, you acknowledge that injuries may occur and agree that TNT Dance Factory, its instructors, staff, and property owners are not responsible for any injury or accident that may occur during classes, rehearsals, events, or while on studio premises. Participation is voluntary and students must be in good health to engage in physical activity. By proceeding with registration, you agree to release TNT Dance Factory from any and all liability related to participation in our programs.
In the event of a medical emergency, TNT Dance Factory staff will make every effort to contact a parent or guardian. If they cannot be reached, we reserve the right to seek emergency medical treatment for the student. By registering, you authorize TNT Dance Factory to obtain emergency medical care if necessary and accept full financial responsibility for any services rendered. Parents/guardians must ensure that emergency contact information and health concerns are current and accurate.
