STUDIO POLICIES
Studio 7 requires all dancers and parents to uphold courtesy and respect within our studio environment.
Failure to communicate and engage respectfully may result in immediate termination of this contract at the sole discretion of Studio 7, with no refund issued.
Studio 7 maintains a zero tolerance policy for bullying or gossip. This applies to all dancers, teachers, staff, and parents. Our faculty and staff are highly regarded dance professionals and are to be treated with the utmost respect.
Please have your dancer use the restroom before or after class. Breaks will be granted during class if necessary.
Teachers remain in the studio during class hours. If your child is under the age of 7 and may require assistance, please remain on-site during their class.
In cases of inclement weather, Studio 7 will follow the Katy ISD weather closure schedule.

CLASS OBSERVATION POLICY
Parents are welcome to observe classes during scheduled "in-class shows" throughout the season.
At all other times, classes may be viewed via our lobby TVs to minimize classroom distractions.
Parents are not permitted inside studio rooms during class unless invited by a teacher. This helps ensure a focused, uninterrupted learning environment for all dancers.

TUITION POLICY
Tuition is billed monthly via your Dance Studio Pro account on the 1st of each month, from August – May.
To cancel enrollment, a written notice must be emailed to: office@s7dance.com.
You will be billed for one final month following the date of your written cancellation.
A $25 late fee will be automatically charged on the 7th of the month if payment has not been received.
Tuition is based on an annual calendar and remains the same each month regardless of the number of classes, holidays, or weather closures.
No refunds, credits, or makeup classes will be granted for missed classes, holidays, or inclement weather.

DRESS CODE POLICY:
The following applies to all dancers enrolled at Studio 7:
Hair: Must be secured away from the face.
Attire: Proper dancewear must be worn to all classes (refer to full Dress Code Guide).
Footwear: Dancers must wear the correct shoes for each style (refer to full Dress Code Guide).

Registration/Admin Fee: $45
Leveled Ballet Classes Costume Fee: $120–$140
Non-Leveled Ballet Classes Costume Fee: Provided by parents

MEDICAL RELEASE & WAIVER (Participants Under Age 18)
I, the legal parent/guardian of the participant, hereby release Studio 7 Dance Co. and all affiliated staff or representatives (the "Releases") from any liability for injuries or medical issues arising from participation.
I authorize the Releases to seek emergency medical care, including necessary surgery, on behalf of my child if I cannot be reached in a timely manner.

SOCIAL MEDIA WAIVER (Participants Under Age 18)
I, the undersigned, grant permission to Triest Enterprises LLC dba Studio 7 Dance Co. to photograph and/or film my child and to use their image on official Studio 7 social media and promotional platforms.
I release Triest Enterprises LLC dba Studio 7, Jessie Triest, and Studio 7 staff from all claims related to this usage, including but not limited to rights of privacy, publicity, or defamation.
I understand no compensation will be provided for the use of these materials.

By submitting your joining fee and signing this document, you confirm that you are the legal guardian of the participating dancer and that you agree to all terms outlined above in full.
