I, the undersigned parent/guardian, understand and agree to the following terms regarding my child leaving the studio or venues used by Dynamics and Studio 44 without adult supervision:

Permission to Leave Unaccompanied:
I grant permission for my child, to leave the premises of Dynamics, Studio 44, or any venues used for classes, rehearsals, or events without adult supervision.

Responsibility Acknowledgment:
I acknowledge that once my child leaves the premises, Dynamics , Studio 44, their staff, or affiliated venues are no longer responsible for their safety, well-being, or supervision.

Transportation and Safety:
I confirm that my child has a safe plan for traveling home or to their destination, whether walking, biking, or using public or private transportation.

Release of Liability:
I release and discharge Dynamics, Studio 44, their staff, volunteers, and affiliated venues from any claims or liabilities arising from my child leaving the premises unaccompanied.

Duration of Permission:
This waiver remains in effect unless I provide written notice to revoke this permission to admin@studio-44.co.uk.

By signing this waiver, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms and agree to the conditions outlined above.
