You must agree to read and accept all studio waivers when registering for an account

I accept that all dancers MUST adhere to the CORE School of Dance dress code.
I am aware that dress code information can be found on my portal under "Files" and on the Dress Code tab on the CORE School of Dance web page.
I agree to have my dancer(s) follow all dress code requirements.

I understand that CORE School of Dance reserves the right to cancel classes under dangerous driving conditions.
I acknowledge that in the event that CORE School of Dance cancels a class due to inclement weather, there will be no make up class and no credit will be given.
Class cancellations due to inclement weather will be posted on the CORE Facebook page/story & Instagram page/story and when possible I will be notified by email or text.
In the event of multiple cancellations of a particular class, every effort will be made by CORE School of Dance to schedule make-up classes during studio closure weeks and school vacations.

If my dancer will be absent from class, I will email the studio to let them know.
I understand that CORE School of Dance does not give credit and/or refunds for class(es) missed due to holiday, vacation or illness.

I certify that I am the legal parent / guardian for the child (children) covered / named in this registration. I have received or will obtain a copy of CORE School of Dance policies and will take the responsibility to carefully read and follow the rules and policies therein. I further understand that there are specific risks of physical or property damages, losses, or injury that may result from my or my child’s participation with CORE School of Dance, and I voluntarily assume the risks associated with such participation. I further agree to release from responsibility CORE School of Dance including all teachers, staff members, sub-contractors and dancers from any cause of action, claims, or demands now and in the future. I will not hold CORE School of Dance liable for any personal injury including: scrapes, bruises, cuts, sprains, fractures, broken bones, concussions or death or any personal property damage/loss, which may occur on the premises before, during or after classes.
