Payment Policy
Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month. A 5-day grace period is provided. Payments received after the 5th of the month will incur a $20 late fee with no exceptions.
A valid credit or debit card is required to remain on file at all times, and enrollment in AutoPay is mandatory for all accounts.
A $10 fee will be charged for any declined or returned credit/debit card transactions.
Families wishing to pay with cash must submit payment on or before the due date. If cash payment is not received by the due date, the credit/debit card on file will be automatically charged.
Tuition may be paid prior to the due date to avoid late fees.
Tuition is based on four weeks per month. Months with five weeks help account for holidays and studio closures. Missed classes cannot be credited toward future tuition, and no refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances. All fees are non-refundable.
Accounts not current by the 5th of the month may result in the student being unable to attend class until the balance is paid. Students with unpaid balances after the 5th may be dropped from their classes.
Parents or guardians are responsible for notifying the front desk of any changes to billing information, payment methods, or account details by the 20th of the month.
An annual registration fee is due at the time of registration and will be charged at the start of each new season. Returning students and siblings will be charged a $15 annual renewal fee per child. Students who have not attended classes for one year or longer will be required to pay the registration fee again upon re-enrollment.
By enrolling, you authorize Nova Dance Co. to automatically charge the monthly tuition and/or team dues to the credit or debit card on file beginning the month your child starts classes.
Refund Policy
All payments and fees made to Nova Dance Co. are non-refundable with no exceptions. This includes, but is not limited to, tuition, competition fees, team dues, recital fees, costume fees, registration fees, private lessons, merchandise, and any other fees or payments associated with the studio.
Attendance Policy
Students are expected to arrive on time for class. Students may be dropped off no earlier than 10 minutes before class and must be picked up within 15 minutes after class ends.
Students arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be permitted to participate in class and will be encouraged to schedule a make-up class to avoid disrupting instruction. The first 15 minutes of class are dedicated to stretching and warm-up exercises, which are essential for injury prevention.
Students with more than four absences in a particular class during the season may be dropped from that class to allow enrollment opportunities for other students.
Enrollment & Class Schedule
Nova Dance Co. operates one regular enrollment season annually, running from September through June, followed by a separate Summer Session running from July through August.
Class schedules are updated once per season and are subject to change without notice.
Students and parents/guardians are responsible for enrolling in classes.

Fees and deposits paid for canceled lessons cannot be applied to future lessons or transferred to another service.
